Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Tiller Tools (“the Add-on”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Add-on.

Description of Service

Tiller Tools is a free Google Sheets add-on with two main features:

  • Tiller Amazon Import — imports Amazon order history (and related CSV data from your Amazon data export) into your spreadsheet for use with Tiller-style workflows.

  • Tiller Quick Search — provides a sidebar to filter your Transactions sheet by criteria such as date, amount, description, account, and category, using Google Sheets’ filter capabilities and optional helper columns managed by the Add-on.

The Add-on is provided as-is and may change or be discontinued at any time.

No Warranty

The Add-on is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Accuracy or completeness of data processing

  • Reliability or availability of the Add-on

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

The developer makes no guarantees that the Add-on will function correctly, meet your requirements, or operate without interruption or errors.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Add-on, including but not limited to:

  • Data loss or corruption

  • Incorrect financial records

  • Spreadsheet errors

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any data processed by the Add-on.

User Responsibility

You agree that:

  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating all imported data, and for confirming that Quick Search filters and visible rows match what you intend

  • You will maintain backups of your Google Sheets data

  • You use the Add-on at your own risk

Data Handling

The Add-on processes data within your Google account and does not store or transmit data to external servers. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Changes to the Add-on

The developer may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Add-on at any time without notice.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Add-on after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Add-on at any time by uninstalling it. The developer may discontinue access to the Add-on at any time.
